ANyone work for a large company that does Goal Setting Meetings?
I am on a team at a large company to run a Goal Setting Meeting for 50 people and am looking for some good ideas regarding fun team building etc.
any ideas or past experiences?

At a manager's meeting, our department head put gumdrops and toothpicks on each table. We were given about 15-20 minutes and each group had to create a "building" using them.

Team building is great. We did an event at the CIA and everyone had a blast. It was a lot of money though but we had a blast and did stuff like Top Chef.
