My Aunt and my Dad Update 4/25
As per my aunt's website:
Well it is getting set in stone, Rick my donor brother is scheduled to arrive on Tuesday and we both go to the appointment on Wednesday late morning. They said to be prepared to be there for about 5 hours and I thought these clinic appointments were tiring, the worst is yet to come! They will put him through tests the first couple of days to make sure that he is OK to donate his stem cells to me.
By Friday we should know the results and he than gets to go home. I told him to look on the bright side, that when he leaves I will still be going through tests as they have so many for me! If all is well for both of us, I start chemo on the 24th and than Rick comes back for the 26th to start his shots for several days to boost up his stem cell production and I should receive his stem cells on the 1st of May.
So your continued prayers - that everything works out during these tests, so that he can go through with this entire process for his sister

Well the prayers are working!
All the tests when well, and he is scheduled to fly back to Seattle on 4/26, to start getting his injections 
Update 4/25:
My donor brother and sister-in-law from NY will arrive on Friday and he will have an appointment on Saturday and than start his shots on Sunday. I will also be visited by my other brother and sister-in-law from CA, they arrive on Saturday. It will be nice to have some family around before transplant on Thursday May 1st. I can't believe that the time has come, it has come so fast as we try to organize everything.

that's awesome!
When my Mom needed a stem cell transplant 5 years ago- all they could do was use her own - which didn't work out so well- I am glad to see advances are being made!
