We filed in February. We both received our federal refund, but we have not gotten anything from the state.

I just realized, we haven't gotten the state refund back yet either.
We already received the federal refund and spent it.

We filed e-filed our taxes in Feb. and got our Federal about a week to 10 days later and then got our State a few weeks later....by early to mid March
