i should get the package in a week to 10 days!!! but they gave me info on how to help myself to then to slow down!!!! i have tried so many differant ways and nothing worked... i am trying the lozenge this time..... i will keep you all posted.. i have to head out to work

i am back from work and i did like the guy said on the phone buy a pack that i would never buy and it helped eww the taste .... i only had i think 6 today ... which is a big cut back for me. thanks for the support i am gonna need it

I am on 1 year and 4 months. It was hard but definatly worth it. I feel sooooo much better.

Today is 23 days for me. Still early, but I feel great!! I used the patch and it really works, but I also was sooooo ready to quit.
