Did any of you take Tylenol in the beginning of your first trimester?

I did. Regular tylenol. It's fine.
Anything with Ibprofin (sp) is not good to take.

my doc said no more than two tylenol a day. Tylenol only , nothing else

I did...if you decide to take extra strength, you can only take 1 tablet (500 mg) max.
