Is anyone's allergies bothering them today?
I'm not sure if it's too early for allergies, but I feel terrible....sore throat,body aches & tired.....how can I tell if its allergies or a virus?

tree pollen is high right now, so it can definitely be allergies!

Yeah.. my eyes, ears and nose are stinging.. i feel like i cried for a few hours.. and ear is soo darn itchy inside.. didnt know why.. until you mentioned allergies.. now it makes sense .

I was having the WORST allergies this weekend. My doctor put me on XYZAL and it is working wonders! It's a 24 hour allergy medicine with no drowsiness.

yes! i did my neti pot TWICE and it made a huge difference but i usually only have to do it once every other day so it is bad today for sure!
