So how are your allergies today?
I went to go sit outside on this beautiful day and the pollen is so bad, there is dust flying everywhere It looks like it's snowing pollen!
What it a good OTC remedy that won't make me sleepy?

I would recommend those new Benedryl tabs. They dissolve in your mouth but be careful b/c they tend to stick to the roof of your mouth and sometimes it makes me gag 
I would highly recommend getting shots. That's what I do and I am doing pretty good today

Claritin D works miracles! get the non drowsy one and you'll be okay. but my allergies are so bad this year that the Claritin doesnt seem to make my itchy eyes go away so my doctor had to prescribe eye drops for me to ease the discomfort. so far so good!
