Sounds very intresting
It's pretty simple really - just beef stew with a cornmeal dumpling. Ugali is served in E. Africa because most people cannot often afford meats, so they eat Ugali (cornmeal dumplings or porridge) with broth and vegetables and sometimes meat if they are lucky.

we went out to Chilis for dinner.
we were *going to* go to the Gym (finally)... but decided to eat like fattie-boombaties instead (we really went in the opposite direction with that one )
