I bought a bib that says i love daddy and taped the HPT to it. I put it in a gift box with pink and blue ribbon and gave it to him. He thought it was tickets to the Cowboys game!

Ran up the stairs at 8:00 a.m. on a Sunday while he was sleeping screaming! WERE PREGNANT!!!!!!!

He told me! I was a few days late and he made me run to CVS to get a HPT. I took the test and we had to wait 5 minutes. Well DH couldn't wait that long and ran into the bathroom after like 2 minutes and he said "You're pregnant"

Nothing so romantic here.
I was dizzy at work and came home late… really had to go tinkle so I figured I’d take the Digital HPT I was already like 5 days late so I figured no biggie with an evening tink instead of morning.

UNFORTUNATELY, in my hurry to go to the bathroom (I really had to go) I accidentally stepped in cat crap. Lovely. So as I’m taking my test he’s cleaning up the stair case (all carpet) I found out I was positive then I started to clean up my shoe. So there we are scrubbing and cleaning.

Finally he says “So what did it say?” I just pointed to it sitting out on a shelf. He picked it up and looked he was going to die. I wouldn’t say surprise or happiness more like shock and dismay. I don’t think he knew what to think. Heck I didn’t know if I should apologize!

Just left the test on the counter and he saw it when he came home from work. Nothing to creative...

Nothing exciting here. I didn't even know I was pregnant when I went to the doctor because of excessive bleeding. So on the way to Lowes later that day to order kitchen cabinets I whipped out the 9 week ultrasound picture and told him we were having a baby. HA!

nothing exciting here.. we had gotten into a huge argument and i told him he needed to grow up and to do it fast because we were having a baby and i could only handle one infant at a time..


my girlfriend however,... she put told her hubby she was baking some cinnamon buns, and then asked her hubby to check on the bun in the oven.. and inside the oven was a sign and picture of her saying.. there's no bun in this oven... but there's a bun in THIS OVEN... with a pic of her and her belly..

she said it took him a second for it to register..

I walked into the bathroom, POAS, came out with a blank look on my face and said, "Holy sh*& I'm pregnant!"

DH accidently bumped my boob when he reached across me in bed for the remote. When I went, "OW!!" he looked at me like, "I hardly touched you. What's going on?"

So, I told him I'm late. I think I might be PG. We were together when I got a postive result on a HPG test a few days later but he did not trust the results, so I went to the dr the very next day for a PG test.

When I got home I told him, "You're going to be a daddy!!!"

I took a test & then took a picture of the "Pregnant" stick & put it in a card that said, "we're going to be parents. I then had a bag w/ a little bib that said, I love my daddy.

I knew I was late but he had no clue so while at Walgreens I bought a test. Later that night I tried to sneak into the bathroom to test and he saw me stick the box under my shirt.

When I came back downstairs he said "so are you pregnant?"

I said yes and started crying like a mad women. I was so happy but scared.

With our first one I told him he didn't believe me so I dropped the test on his lap second time I was holding our 1st about 6mos old and said honey what am I holding and he said Jake and I said no what is Jake he said a Baby I said get ready for another (his face dropped) (but I m/c later ) then with our 3rd I just said you better be nice to me and go get me some ice cream (he knew) We're more the sacastic couple then romantic

I took a test in the morning and was not sure if there was a line or not. It was the faintest line EVER!! I thought my eyes were playing tricks on me. DH was sleeping and I thought about waking him up and making him look at the test, but I thought he would just tell me I was crazy and I was seeing things (because that did happen once before). I decided not to wake him and I went to work.
All day at work it was on my mind and I couldn't concentrate. I decided to go home for lunch and take a digital test. I took the test and left the bathroom to make a sandwich. I went back up and saw the words "Pregnant" and I just could not believe it. Just a month before my dr. told me I would most likely need fertility drugs to conceive because I was having trouble with ovulation. I called DH on his cell and of course there was no answer. I kept calling.. and calling.. and finally I texted him saying "Call me ASAP - I have good news" Once he called me back I asked him if he could guess the good news and he did I also left the test out for him to see when he got home from work.

I was never late and I NEVER EVER DREAMED I was pregnant I didnt even think about it before I said oh whats todays date ?? oh I am a little late and he said lets get a test and I was upstairs at his place in the bathroom and I came down and said are you ready to be a daddy

with our last one we were trying and I put a pregnancy test in his easter basket

I never got to tell him when I was pg with my son. I was late and had taken like 8 pg test all negative. He came with me to the Dr but sat outside. My Dr confirmed my pregnancy and she went outside and told the receptionist "she's pregnant, schedule a sonogram for next week" and DH heard her.

With this one I kept the fact I was pg for about a week and I left this outside the bathroom door for him to see when came out of the shower
