When should I begin to use it? If according to my monthly cycles i will o on the 28th.

I have a 30 day cycle and usually start on day 12, so maybe with a 28 day cycle day 9 or 10 would be good to start.

How many days are your cycles?
The OPK will have instructions indicating which cycle day you should start testing.
