Ok, I am really lightheaded this AM.
I didn't do anything out of the ordinary yesterday... and I am always totally hydrated. This morning, I felt so lightheaded even before I lifted my head off the pillow. Now that I am up, I just feel a little out of it...
Thoughts?

could it be your ears? i've been having some dizziness/lightheadedness for the last few days but my ears have been popping like crazy. I think I may have a minor infection.
in any case...i hope it gets better!
