Ole Henriksen (you can get it at Sephora) makes an amazing plumping gloss..I'm on my 3rd tube already. It cost 15 bux but well worth it. It's called Fresh Lips. Image Attachment(s):

I bought this yesterday and really like it (not in this color though).. it makes your lips feel kind of cold, not hot or uncomfortable
It's from sephora, I think they had just gotten in some new colors that aren't shown on the website

I've only tried Lip Venom and I hate it. It stings my lips and tastes nasty! Blech!

I tried the cheapie, Revlon lip plumping gloss...bleh, stings and wears off super fast.

Clinique has a new one out that I really like. You experinece a little tingling when you put on, but nothing bothersome and they some pretty neutral colors. I do like DuWop Lip Venom, but it's a brutal when you first put it on your lips.

It makes them look pouty and veryyy glossy..
I've tried a bunch of plumpers and I don't think any are really going to make your lips look "bigger" but this one makes what you have look GOOD
I bought this just the other day while I was at the mall and my DH was waiting in the car for me (it was a quick trip) .. so I put it on in the store to try it out and I buy this new pink sheer barbie-ish color.. (sounds weird but looked so good).. I get in the car and DH is staring at my mouth and he goes "whoooaa" .. a good one.. not a bad one..   So.. SOMEBODY liked it.. and he never notices ANYTHING
( I have kind of big lips to begin with)

Lip Fusion is really great.
You notice a small diff on the plumping side but it's really good at moisturizing your lips and make them look so big and healthy- I love it!!!
