Those pregnant with #2

Do you plan on registering. My mother thinks I should and I am unsure. There are a few things I need, but too much. Thoughts? Thanks!

i created a registry and it ended up i had a family only second shower. Bbut when i registered i didnt know that was in the works.
My thing is people are going to want to buy you things and i would rather get stuff i need . When people asked my mom what does she need it was ncie and easy to say oh she has a registry.

no, I don't plan on registering. If this is a girl, I have so much stuff from Hayley and if this is a boy, the only thing I will need is clothes. I don't need to register for that.

I never registered for baby #2 or #3, I was very blessed and fortunate to have received everything (and more) for my first baby that I didn't need/want anything. when I had #2, I just went out and bought anything else that I needed.

Definitely not registering. DS is only 2, and all of our stuff is in great condition. We'll need to pick up the simple basics, like diapers, new nipples for the bottles, binkies(if we use them), and stuff like that. If we have a girl this time, maybe a few girlie things and clothes. Luckily our family is very generous, and will probably brings things for the new baby as well.

Yup, I am. I'm having a sprinkle so I figured I'd register for a few cheap items.

I am not registering. The only thing I will need will be clothes if I have a boy and I am sure people will buy some once the baby is born.

My sister registered when she was pregnant with number 2 because so many people were asking her what she needed. It was just easier that way.

She didn't have a second shower or "sprinkle" but it was helpful to know what she needed/wanted.

Yes I did. I am having a family and very close friends only. I only registered for a few things. Mostly for my mom and mother-in-law. It is much more easier for them to shop for us. If no one wants to go by the registry they don't have to.

NO...DS will be 20 months when DD is born and I didn't feel it was necessary or appropriate to register or have a sprinkle. All the items we received from my first shower is still new and in great condition and we got everything! I cant imagine anything else that I would need besides bottles, diapers and everyday miscellaneous items. We received the double stroller and furniture as a gift, and I am sure we will receive many gifts from our family and friends. Anything we may need will be purchased by us

Nope- mine will only be 17 months apart. If it's a boy, all I need are clothes.

I did and there is a grand total of like 5-7 things on there and that's it. I don't plan on adding to it

Thank you for responding. I am so torn. There are a few things we need, but since we are having another girl most of the stuff is in good condition. I am thinking we can just get what we need.

I do but only for things I no longer have from my first child (bottles bathtub etc) nothing like my 1st registry. I'm pretty sure my family is planning a sprinkle

nope only b/c DD is only 14 months old so I have everything.
the only things I will need are a high chair, crib, PNP for new baby and new bouncette. thats it and we are going to get it. My parents are buying the crib however and furniture if we need. My mom wants to buy DD a new set in white and give her brown set to the new baby.

I did but more for me. It was easier to add the things I needed to a registry then to write a list...lazy, I know. Plus, I figured if anyone did search, they would find stuff we needed.
