I get hit hard by the time change, except I get really tired. I just can't seem to adjust like everyone else. Happens every year!

I was in Colorado this past weekend, which is two hours earlier. THEN I had to contend with the time change. I have been having a lot of problems sleeping this week-- but it may also have to do with the excitement of TTC and finally getting a smiley on my OPK. I think way too much at night.
So, yes-- I am sluggish this week. But I am not working right now, so I can at least chill at home til I really wake up.

I am the same way. I work nights so I get so tired during my shift. I usually have a hard time falling asleep anyway.
