Had ultrasound this AM
Just got to work; had dr. appt. this AM to do ultrasound to see where we're at. Haven't surged yet-still have to keep testing at home. He said it should be any day now. Have another appt. Friday AM if nothing happens before then. The only thing is there's only one egg. The Clomid didn't work for me. So if I don't get pregnant this time, he said we can try injectables next month. We'll see.
I cried all the way to work; trying to stay positive but it's just so much to take in.

I did 2 rounds of Clomid. The first round I only produced 1 egg and the second I produced 3. Each cycle is different. On injectables I produced 4 large follicles and a bunch of small. HTH!

What was your dosage of clomid? Do you usually ovulate on your own?
I only made one good follie on 50 and 100mg of clomid - since I don't ovualte on my own, they were considered successful, but after 100 didn't work the second time, I went to 150 and made 5 follies.

I only made one good follie on 50 and 100mg of clomid - since I don't ovualte on my own, they were considered successful, but after 100 didn't work the second time, I went to 150 and made 5 follies.

gah, I don't know why my response posted 3 times!!
anyway, your RE won't up you to 150mg before injectibles?
Hopefully it won't even be an issue and you'll get a BFP this cycle!

I didn't respond to Clomid well at all. I think they upped me to 150mg and I had at most 2 follies. I went to injectables after that.

I responded differently to the Clomid each cycle. The first time I had 3 eggs, second time, 1, and third time, 2. The dosage was the same each time.
I would talk to the Dr. about upping the dose before moving on to injectables.
