What can I do? If anything...

OK, every Friday or Saturday night (well, really morning), I'll be sleeping in my bed, and the SAME guy will come home between 3am and 5am with his girlfriend (I know because my window overlooks the parking lot of our complex), and he will begin to SCREAM at the top of his lungs at her, calling her every name in the book, then she drives away like a crazy person and he screams and punches and kicks his car for like 5 minutes straight. This is in the middle of the night. Can I call the cops? I don't even think they would get here in time for him to still be outside. I don't want to say anything to this psycho, nor do I want JT to. But it's getting a little ridiculous. It's EVERY, SINGLE weekend for like the last two months. This morning I couldn't fall back to sleep, so I've been up since 5am now because this azzhole can't control his f-ing temper
Is there anything I can do? OR am I just going to have to live with it?

I'd write him a "nice" little letter telling him what a big A-hole he really is for disturbing everyone, and for being so inconsiderate!!

No, I don't know what apt. he's in because he lives in the building across from mine, and the back is facing, so I can't even see which apt. he goes into.

and if you can do this and it continues is there a management office in your complex that your can complain to?

We don't speak to any of our other neighbors. I am not sure what the management company would do, lest we forget this IS the complex that is allowing the apartment on the main road keep "MERRY F-ING XMAS" written in large letters on his sliding glass door.
I am so looking forward to moving out of this complex. It's the nicest apartment I've lived in, but the oddest complex ever. And I lived in a complex where we had a drive by shooting, so go figure.
Maybe I will try the note on his car.
But he's so freaking psycho, I don't think it will do anything.

he sounds like a psycho and since the property mgt company seems to be lax w/ enforcing rules, i would grin and bear it until you are able to move out. the last thing you want is for this wierdo to start harrassing you.

either that or start throwing rotten eggs and tomatos at him during the nightly scream fests. maybe then he'll take a hint.

if it's continuing on a regular basis like that, I'd maybe video tape it and show it to the management office. I think you can file a complaint as well with the police (try getting a license plate # so the cops can figure out who he is).

Sounds like it's a drinking thing if it's EVERY fri and Sat night at the SAME time.

I wouldnt leave notes bc that will only piss him off. I would probably figure out where he lives and then call the cops and send them to his apt. Let the cops deal with this fool. Keep calling everytime he does it. Hes not going to like a cop at his door every morning. If all else fails, go out and kick his car with him bc u r ****** now too. Good Luck
