We did.
I filled little tins with M&Ms and then tied a ribbon around it with a thank you tag.

I had one! My FIL made up cd's with some love songs and our wedding song (we changed it not long afterwards  )along with both our parents songs on it.
You don't have to do anything if you don't want to, maybe ask the couple and see what they want to do?

we had one - at tellers in islip. we did favors and i made sure they were nice b/c we did a donation to a charity as favors for our wedding and i was already getting grief about not giving something "physical" at the wedding - so, in order to "make up for it" i tried to give something useful and nice... we gave out glass love coasters (one per each person so couples would have a full set).
hope that helps! they were cheap at wrap with us in syosset!
