YUCK........11wks and NOW I get morning sickness????????
This just *****!!! I was doing just fine all along and I was thinking that I got lucky and skipped the whole m/s thing BUT...........guess I was wrong!!! Yesterday and today..........queasy morning, noon, and night!! Yuck!!!

ugh. I have avoided all out m/s as of yet (10.5 weeks).... but my food aversions were so intense a couple weeks ago I could hardly eat 
run to the grocery store and buy some bland starchy food.... and if you think you can stomach it, things like vanilla yogurt shakes and fruit.
fruit was my salvation during the food aversion phase... it had no bitter taste, so I could choke it down....

Maybe its the flu b/c Im 20 weeks and I already got rid of m/s but I threw up this morning a couple of times b/c of the flu

I didn't really think of that but I'm guessing that probably isn't it only because I don't feel "sick" at all. No fever, no aches and pains......no other flu symptoms. I have a feeling that between my progesterone supplements and my placenta probably kicking in now my progesterone levels are finally getting up there and it's causing me to feel icky. I will be off the supplements in a few days so we'll see what happens. In the meantime...........ginger ale and crackers it is!!

This happened to me too. Good news is that I stopped throwing up by week 14.
