I use them with my old jeans so I can still wear them open. I also use them for the few pairs of maternity jeans that are just a lil too big right now. I bought one in black and one in white.

Buy only one to start because I had one and I felt soooo confined in it and much more preferred maternity pants. But some do like them.

I bought two and by the time I bought them they really didn't help much. If I wore them higher, my pants fell. Then if I put them lower, closer to my hips, then it put too much pressure on my stomach when I was sitting.
I would suggest only buying one, and if it's early in your pregnancy.
