I have a date!!!!
My induction is scheduled for March 12 so Rebecca Angelina will be here no later than then. My Dr said it is very possible I could on my own before then because I am 1.5cm and 60% effaced at this point. I have been taking evening primrose oil and it is definitely helping because I was closed with a long and hard cervix 1.5 weeks ago!
I am so excited to have an endpoint and so excited to meet my baby in 12 days!!!!!!!

I have gestational diabetes and they almost never let someone with GD go later than their due date because of either the size of the baby (which is not an issue with me) or fear that the placenta will "crap out" as my doctor said. Initially, I resisted it but now that I am actually starting to progress, which increases my chances of a successful induction, and I am soooooo ready to meet her, I have begun to welcome it.
