spinoff to leg cramps
when does this start happening ? I've had one in my life and I'll never forget it

Hopefully it will never be a problem for you.  There are no guarantees that you will get them. I used to get them before pregnancy so I knew I had at least a chance of getting them.

Same for me, end of second trimester. On of my friends told me as soon as it happens to put your foot on the cold floor. I didn't believe her, but I tried it the other night (on my wood floor) and it worked.

I started getting morning leg cramps around 23/24 weeks.
Ever since I started stretching before bedding, eating bananans and drinking gatorade, my leg cramps are gone!!
Now my hips hurt!
If its not one thing, its another!
