I have to try on all the tops before I buy them. My biggest problems are the button down shirts. They just have those huge gaps between the buttons. Or if I buy them to fit the chest, it looks I borrow DH's shirt. It's mid-thighs and my hands do not stick out of the sleeves.

But that's not just at JCrew anyway.

of course my sister (no chest) picked JCrew dresses for her bridesmaid dresses

my chest is not that large- small c on a good day- large b if I diet alittle

I figured I would order a petiet size so the lenght will be correct

couldn't even get my chest in a dress 2 sizes larger then my normal size- no bra would fit under

so now I had to buy a regular size- which fits me in the chest- but is too long, to loose in the hips and overall doesn't look as good as it could have!

I am finding this alot lately- I had to return a great tory burch tunic I got for a steal in a size 6- my chest wouldn't fit in that either!

I boycott them bc of their former practices China. I used to love their stuff.

Good to know, considering I have the same problem as you...I was going to order that dress. Guess not. Although, I might win more cases wearing it

That dress is beautiful!!!! Sometimes J. Crew sizes are really off...
I think it's interesting to hear the other side...usually I don't fill up that area enough and wish for more!
