I SPECIFICALLY said if there were no bottles outside NOT to leave any.
I have 2 full bottles in my house and what do I find outside this morning?
You got it, 2 new bottles......

OMG!!
I have had it out with them a few times. They NEVER do what they are supposed to.
Today I left out 2 bottles, they are supposed to replace what I put out. So what do they do? Leave 3. Uh, I already have 2, so now I have 5 for one month?
They kept leaving us sparkling water. We don't drink that. I specifically told them we only tried it once and we don't want it. Does the guy look at the order form? NO.
They are being lazy and looking to make extra $ from pushing items you don't need or want on you.
I know exactly what you mean.

any time they have delivered something I didn't ask for- they have let me keep it for free
just call them and complain
ETA- I normally leave a note for the driver if I want only a certain number of bottle or none at all

it also helps that i gave him a big fat tip for holiday
