Just a question - jehovas witnesses
Do they celebrate Christmas or something of that sort. I remember growing up a friend of mine was a JW and she couldnt come to birthday parties...

Let me preface this by saying my knowledge of this is based on a documentary on Michael Jackson- so take it with a grain of salt.
Jehova's witnesses do celebrate Christmas- but only in a strictly religious sense. There is no Santa Clause, there is no tree, there are no presents. Its a time to go to church and pray and remember the birth of Jesus.

My officemate is a JW. She doesn't celebrate Christmas in any way shape or form. Jehavas is synonymous with God and they celerbrate his resurrection which falls about the same time Easter does.
