I can't help. I'm going through the very same thing. I've tried the sitting up position too. It's SO frustrating! I'm exhausted! Chat Icon

I'm going through the same thing. I toss and turn all night. I love sleeping on my back, but I'm trying to be good, although I do wake up on my back at times...

Is there any help for us?

Re: sleeping

I use a few pillows to sleep upright to ease the heartburn and I swear by the boppy pregnancy wedge. It's easy to move with me when I have to move from my right side to my left during the night.

It's not a perfect night sleep (i think we've seen the last of those) but it gets me through.

Re: sleeping

I use a body pillow and I prop myself up with other pillows also. It usually gets me a couple of solid hours and then when I wake up to pee I shift positions.

Re: sleeping

I can not sleep without my snoogle. I love that pillow. I occasionally need a few more but most nights the snoogle is enough.

same here. Sleeping at night has not been fun! I either toss and turn all night or i wake up at 2am and can't go back to sleep right away. Chat Icon

Re: sleeping

I actually used to dream of my bed during the day and could not wait to get into it at night...it was seriously the best feeling!!

HOWEVER, now at 34 weeks I have actually cried several times when it comes to getting into bed at night.....its just so torturous these days and it seems like as soon as I get into bed all the aches and pains are amplified by 100!!

Re: sleeping

I slept on my back until about 30 weeks when I couldnt breathe anymore.

Then I was so big and uncomfy it didnt matter, until I delivered at 40 weeks I was up constantly turning from side to side, going to the bathroom, etc
