sleeping
I'm seriously so uncomfortable during the night. how do you do it? Not sleeping on my back or my belly is gettng to be a big pain in the butt. Even the pillows aren't helping. Last night i found myself sleeping upward in my bed. ***?!!!

Re: sleeping
I can't help. I'm going through the very same thing. I've tried the sitting up position too. It's SO frustrating! I'm exhausted!

I've moved to the couch. The hip pain in either side was getting unbearable. I've been able to get some

Is there any help for us?

Re: sleeping
I use a few pillows to sleep upright to ease the heartburn and I swear by the boppy pregnancy wedge. It's easy to move with me when I have to move from my right side to my left during the night.
It's not a perfect night sleep (i think we've seen the last of those) but it gets me through.

Re: sleeping
I use a body pillow and I prop myself up with other pillows also. It usually gets me a couple of solid hours and then when I wake up to pee I shift positions.

Re: sleeping
I can not sleep without my snoogle. I love that pillow. I occasionally need a few more but most nights the snoogle is enough.

same here. Sleeping at night has not been fun! I either toss and turn all night or i wake up at 2am and can't go back to sleep right away.

Re: sleeping
I actually used to dream of my bed during the day and could not wait to get into it at night...it was seriously the best feeling!!
HOWEVER, now at 34 weeks I have actually cried several times when it comes to getting into bed at night.....its just so torturous these days and it seems like as soon as I get into bed all the aches and pains are amplified by 100!!

Re: sleeping
I slept on my back until about 30 weeks when I couldnt breathe anymore.
Then I was so big and uncomfy it didnt matter, until I delivered at 40 weeks I was up constantly turning from side to side, going to the bathroom, etc
