I don't think this is our month

I'm 10DPO and I don't have any symptoms out of the ordinary. With both of my prior pregnancies, by this point I had a slew of symptoms, and just *knew* I was preggo.

I'm starting to go into panic mode, thinking of all the worst possible scenarious.

Some uplifting words and stories would be really nice

I had no symptoms at all when I got PG...not until about two weeks after my beta did I start to get any PG symptoms.
It's almost too early for you to tell...sometimes the embie doesn't even implant until 7-10 days after ovulation.

Try and stay positive it is still early, I would try and remain calm for at least another ful week! Hang in there!

With my dd I did not even test until 13dpo b/c I had no symptoms. Every other month I always had lots of "symptoms" and AF would show up. I really think feeling nothing in the beginning is a good sign. 10dpo is really early. Hang in there. I hope this is your month!!

I am in the same boat as you. I am 10 dpiui after a Follistim cycle and I got a BFN on a HPT this morning. I am really bummed because I had 4 large follicles and back to back IUI's with SA counts of 20 and 40 million.
