Question about provera
I started a 12 day RX of provera last Saturday - I still have four more pills to go and the nurse told me it can take anywhere up to two weeks to then get AF. However, today, I completely feel like I have AF cramping. Could I be getting AF early? Has anyone experienced this?
We are going away tomorrow until Thursday and I purposely held off on the provera so I would be around for CD 3 monitoring and my clomid cycle - and now I'm worried I'll get AF while I'm away!!

As long as you are still taking it, AF shouldn't come. You shouldn't get AF until after you stop the pills. It usually takes me 3-4 days after the last pill for AF to show.

Although I've only been on a 10 day script for Provera, usually my AF came 2 days after but one time it did come 2 weeks after,,,Good Luck !

Last time I took provera, I got AF on the last day, I still had one more pill to take.

Started cramping on the last day, spotted the next, and 2 days after the pills were done I had full AF. I was always clockwork on the Provera.

My periods varied on Provera - sometimes I got it the last day of the pill and sometimes I had to wait about a week...I never waited more than a week for AF to show though.
