Another 1-800-FLOWERS vent

When you call you get an automated message saying due to unusual call volume we can't answer your cal
That's probably because we screwed up so many orders

I hate them. One summer DH sent me roses and they died in a day. So I took them up on their guarantee and they sent more and they died. I think I got 5 dozen roses over that summer and they all kept dying.
We don't use them anymore.

We don't use them anymore either. Typically use FTD.

Exactly why we will never use them again!
And judging by this thread- we are not alone!
I'm surprised they stay in business with all the bad experiences.
Pro Flowers rock- the roses last a week- always delivered on time- and the customer service is amazing.
My mom had a problem with something they delivered, called up and they were amazing!
