Sharp Pain
Getting a sharp pain in my stomach. Not like a cramping but just an "ouch!" for a second . Its happened 5 times in the past 3 minutes.
I am 13 1/2 weeks. Its making me nervous.

do you think it could be something digestive?
I get what I think are cramps, and then I have to go to the bathroom....
If you're certain it's uterine, maybe you should call the dr's office since they might still be open....

It sounds like your ligaments are stretching to make room for the baby I have been getting those too!! If you dont feel comfortable though you should call your Doc for piece of mind and if its in your stomach it might not be the ligaments

I used to get those... it was my ligaments stretching but i'd check with your doctor just in case.. good luck

When I was having the sharp pain, my doctor equated it to the ligaments/uterus stretching. I would have to get up and walk around for them to stop.

I called the doctor and she said it couple be my muscles stretching or associated with the fact that i have a UTI. She said as long as there is no bleeding, I am fine
Do you think thats true. At 13 1/2 weeks if something was to happen I would def bleed?

I'm around 14 weeks, I occasionally get sharp pains if I stand up very quickly or if I sneeze hard.
I'm not worried at all - its not good for the baby.
