I am mad UPDATED and I am more mad than before
 I ordered from Lakeside Collection catalog and they havent shipped my order and their phone # is busy for a week .....they were gifts for the teachers ugh
I cant get in touch with them and they havent answered my email either.

the only time it rings is when they are closed at 5

i ordered something from them also on december 1st on the internet. i logged in the other day to check the status of my order and it said "cancelled" i have been trying to call (phone is busy) and even emailed them, no response, i'm mad also

ok so yesterday it says 5 of 7 items of mine shipped.....today it says ready to ship (again)
UGH and guess what
THE LINE IS STILL BUSY!!!!!!!!!!!
