I am going to do some more research. My DH was funny - he was like "I bet women in Japan are not told that!"
In any case, if I don't get some hard facts, my DH is going to ban sushi. LOL UGH - he believes anything (dr, lactation consultants) say so it becomes law. Now I regret taking him to BF class. Me and my big mouth!!

Just speak with your Dr - s/he should be able to clear things up for you.
