Is there such thing as a "weak" ovulation?
I was just wondering and thinking back to my TTC days. I was charting even when we weren't TTC and I noticed that every other month my temps seem to be lower, less CM, etc. At that time I was thinking that maybe I was having a weak ovulation?
I was just wondering if there's such thing as it and if there is, would that affect you getting PG? The months you had a weak ovulation, would you not be able to get PG? Just curious!

Yes!!!
There is a difference in between releasing a healthy egg and an egg that is not that healthy and not able to fertilize....that is why most woman don't get pregnant the first time they try...it all depends on the health of the egg (assuming there is no male factor)
The amount of CM and temps which are controlled by progesterone varies with the health of the egg...when you release a healthy egg you produce more progesterone which mimics pregnancy symptoms; sore boobs, tiredness, extra cm etc ...that is why some months you experience different symptoms...
This is the info given to me by my RE from Cornell after I asked him how some months I experience different symptoms...sometimes feeling nothing after O and sometimes feeling like I am pregnant......
