Natalee Holloway Case Followers...
Does anyone know why her mother took out a huge life insurance policy out on her before she was killed?

That is definitely a possibility. A lot of travel insurance policies include stuff like accidental death and repatriation of remains.

No, it was def a life insurance policy only. I am trying to find out more info about it online. I am just curious.

if she did take out a policy it would be a minimal amount. In order to have a substantial amount of life insurance, there has to be a reason. Say, you have a family, assets to protect..etc..

I just did some reasearch on this- and it looks like it was just rumors
the family denies it- and it would be pretty easy to disprove or prove
if it were true - I think it would have been played up alot more in the media- which in all my hours watching stories on this case - I have never heard about it before this post

I have never heard this either but even if she did, it has nothing to do with her being killed.
Also, maybe if she did,it was simply b/c her daughter was her only child, and she was not remarried (no,right?) and may have done it based on that.
I don't care if she did or didn't, she clearly didn't kill her daughter or want her dead so it is pointless.
