I have cramps....
I had a few on and off in the begiining around 4-5 weeks and then stopped...
but yesterday and today I have been having AF like cramps (dull) on and off....
Is this normal at this stage??? I'm 9 weeks tomorrow.....
Please tell me I am being neurotic...

seriously, don't worry. it's most likely your uterus stretching, i get the same thing sometimes.

yes it is very normal. i had them too. as long as they are dull and just like AF cramps you are okay!!

Dull cramps are 100% normal- as long as they aren't painful, and there's no blood- I owuldn't worry.
They were my only symptom in 1st tri!

I had very mild cramps (less than AF) until the end of week 4. Starting on week 5, I got AF like cramping.
It's constant! I think it's normal......

Cramping is very normal for the first trimester. The body is preparing itself for the baby. The uterus is going through many changes.

You are just being neurotic like you said  , everything will be fine. Its totally normal to have cramping. Your uterus needs to make room for that baby!! Feel better.
If it makes you feel any better, I'm 17 weeks and I still have on and off cramping.

It's normal. I felt cramping throughout my first pregnancy. Your uterus has to stretch to make room!
