What can i take for a headache?
What is safe? My head is killing me right now.

Regular strength Tylenol. Though my Dr said it was OK to take extra strength with some coke (caffeine) for my migraines.

So I have 2 tylenol in my bag that say "Tylenol ER" on them. Anyone know what that is? I can't remember what kind we have at home.

that means tylenol extended relief - you should only take it every 8 hours for a headache instead of 4, although if i were you, i would try to get the regular kind.
