just got back from 31 week checkup
baby looks good only gained 5 pds this month. the baby is weighting 4lbs 10 oz. only thing the baby turn and is now breech. doctor thinks the baby will turn. this could explain why i always feel like i have to pee since the baby is kicking my bladder. due date is confirmed for march 27th.

yeah i go back in 3 weeks to do another sono. hopefully the baby flips. i remember being in pain about a week ago telling dh i think the baby flipped almost like labor pain.

How do you know how much the baby weighs and what position they are in?
My doctor never tells me good stuff like that.

I'm glad everything looks good. How do you know if the baby is breech? Molly never was but if feels like I have a lead ball in my belly with this one.

I was thinking the same thing. I actually asked the doctors during my last 2 appointments what position he was in and the wouldn't tell me. At my 20 week sono he was breech so it's something i'm curious about. They said to me...it doesn't matter and we don't care about the position at this time. I wanted to say well mutha f*cka I care!!!!!!!!!!!

he did a sono and i asked him if what i was feeling on my right side was a butt or a head and he confirmed that it was the babies head. which means the feet are down. i could clearly see on the sono machine the head to confirm its breech. if you want to know ask your doctor. i ask lots of questions. they also were able to measure the weight on a guestimate basis from the sono.
