Clomid question
I had my IUI on 1/12 and AF was supposed to show on 1/26, i did 100 mg of Clomid and ovidrel shot on 1/14.
AF didn't show on 1/26, I got a BFN when POAS, so I wasn't expecting to be PG, I had my beta done anyway on 1/26, to make sure there wasnt an ectopic (i've had one before). AF didn't show until today, 2 days late.
Here is the question - can clomid extend your cycle?? I have always gotten AF on time, 28 days, the only time I've ever been late was when I was pregnant in September.

IMO yes-because it creates more corpus luteum which produces progesterone which has to be low before AF will come

Thanks! I think the increase from 50 mg to 100 mg of clomid may be throwing me off!

It did with my AF. Mine would be two extra days longer than normal.

Why would you have your ovidrel shot after your IUI? That seems strange...
But yes, the second cycle I was on clomid I had a longer cycle.
