The hospital told us wipes with no alcohol - I used pampers sensitive and then costco - Kirkland wipes -neither has alcohol and DD skin is sensitive and I have never had a problem with either one.

That is BS. I used wipes on my kids from Day 1.
I am doing the same. I'll use the sensitive ones to be on the safe side.

My friends have used wipes right off the bat.
One of my friends did mention that, especially with girls, you shouldn't switch brands of wipes too frequently because girls are more prone to infection. So, she said stick with one brand (sensitive, fragrance free) and then you can switch in a few months if you're not happy.
