I hate being told...
to "just relax" or "just don't think about it!" Especially when the people saying these things are unmarried & have never TTC before. I wish it was easy to not think about TTC at all, but it's not & it's so aggrevating when people who could not possibly understand what it's like tell me that it's not a big deal & if I shouldn't think about it because it will happen eventually.  We only told a select few people that we are TTC, and now I wish we hadn't even done that.

yeah.....  they just don't know.... you can chuckle to yourself every time one of these people opens their big mouth that one day their words will be burning in their OWN ears... we all know they'll find out sooner or later how stressful TTC is...

Sorry you have to deal with that. Sadly, peopple just dont know what to say most of the time and if they arent actively trying, they dont realize how limited the windows of opportunity are from month to month.
I have been seeing an RE for almost a year now and people who know that STILL tell me to relax. Gee, when you need a specialist, you are a bit beyond the "just relax" phase of things.

OMG I know. My girlfriends mom tells me all the time that it really is all in my head and if I just focus on something else before I know it I will be pg.
I takes ALL I have not to  pop her one. I can explain to her till I am blue in the face that "relaxing" isn't going to get me pg but she never listens.
I guess it is just something we all have to deal with it. I mean don't we know that EVERYONE else knows more than we do.

since TTC I realize people say alot of stupid things. I've only told a few people. Most people just don't understand unless they have been there. Sorry you have to deal with this,

I get the same advice from everyone! But DH works nights, so our timing needs to be On! Otherwise I would never get PG.
