What an afternoon
On my way home from work, I noticed this dog walking along the street (busy street) Of course I had to stop.
It looked like a rot/shep mix. Somelady came out of her house and was looking so I asked if it was her dog. It wasn't. She got me some treats water and a piece of rope and was so sad because she needed to be somewhere and couldn't help me get this dog. I followed this dog and he kept running. I got out of my car and called him dangling the milk bone NOTHING. He got scared and RAN.  I was so afraid he was going to get hit. I called the 4th precint and they said they'd send someone. No the dog went to the other side of the busy street. So I called back and let them know.
The operater says "well they answer emergency's first"  I was like well if this dog gets hit by a car it is an emergency. Then I saw some guy walking a dog and a little girl I was like oh god.  but the dog didn't go after them.
Cop shows up (HELLO!!!!! he was like 25 and had the nicest blue eyes I have ever seen   ) We followed the dog around and he would not let us get near him We are trying milk bones Nothing is working. Finally some guy comes out and says I know that dog let me see if I can get the owner.
Thankfully he did know the dog and after 45 minutes of this... gucci's owner came and got him! 
WHAT an adventure!

Yay! Hope they keep a better eye on Gucci in the future. Good for you and cutie cop and nice guy! LOL
