where is the superbowl taking place?
My DH just called me to tell me he got asked to work doing a/v for the superbowl. I'm wondering if it's AT the superbowl or filming superbowl events...

I live 10 minutes from the stadium and drive past it every day for work. They have all sorts of tents and activities they are working on. They've been constructing a huge ferris wheel a well. I think they going to have some kind of carnival going on outside the stadium. It's superbowl mania out here right now. People are renting out their houses for thousands for that weekend. Next weekend is going to be crazy out there!!!

wow- that could be a very cool gig!
i know!! It was the actual superbowl in AZ but he was working for a different company today and by the time he got back to them (w/in a matter of minutes!) they had already found someone else  Oh well, he said they'll call back if the person falls thru or they decide they need another person.
DH isn't a football fan at all but my dad and brother are - they would've been so excited for him!!
