OPT Postive one night negative next

I came up positive on OPT last night and the directions said you do not need to test again. Well I did it again anyway today and it came back negative. Does this mean anything or should I stick with the first results? I tested around 530pm today and yesterday

Do you mean OPK?

What time did you test on each day?

You can get either one or two days of +OPK, meaning you will ovulate within the next 22-36 hours. So if you're getting two days of +, I'm thinking that you get the beginning and end of your LH surge, whereas if you only get one +OPK, then you're just getting the peak of the surge.

Not positive though!

Are you testing with afternoon urine?

I tested the same time each day with clearblue easy test.

I only ever got one day of a positive- I'm pretty sure it's normal.

I don't think it means anything. I would just go by the results of the first test.

In my first month using OPKs, I got only 1 positive, but I was using FMU. The last few months I've gotten 2 days of +, but I don't necessarily think it's bad if you didn't.

Have you noticed any other signs that you're ovulating? Like EWCM?

Thanks for everyone's responses. I have EWCM and cramps. Right now my breast are sore. So maybe I am ovulating.
