does anyone NOT like bare minerals?
I am trying it for the second time now. I find it looks artificial on me - and makes my skin breakout...but it seems like everyone else really likes it...am I alone?

I bought another brand but same concept. I felt it made my face look dirty. I didn't see what was great about it at all.

Are you applying it correctly? You have to be sure not to put too much one. When you put the powder on the brush, you should not see the makeup.
I'm really surprised it makes you break out, it's the ONLY makeup that I can use and not break out.
But, every person's skin is different.

I broke out in the begining . Try using a moisterizer before applying. I do like it but it is too messy for me.

i have tried several versions of it. bare escentauls, sheer cover, physicians formula etc. don't like any of them. they also did nothing for my oily skin but make it worse. gonna stick will my good ole liquid foundation!

Hate it! Made my face look and feel very dry! Gonna stick with my Prescriptive liquid foundation! I only use a few times a months anyway...

I don't like their brand either but did use it for 4 years until I switched to Pur minerals which is the same concept but pressed and it works better for my skin.

It made my face itchy and made under my eyes look terrible, i do have a few lines under my eyes and it sat right in the lines, which i know it is not supposed to do

HATED it. i felt like i had so much makeup on and didn't look natural. not to mention it had a little sparkle to it which i was not a fan of. UGH!

I used to love it and swear by it. All of a sudden, it made my face itchy and the skin under my eyes look terrible and strange. I am wearing Trish McEvoy now.

I tried it, liked it in the beginning and then it just started not working...if that makes any sense. I started to feel cakey and dry and yes, my skin started breaking out. I went back to the old stuff I was using (mostly Laura Mercier) and am so much happier!

I just got it but I'm not really loving it. But I do like the moisturizer and the bronzer...the last few days I've used my regular liquid foundation and then used the bronzer and the final powder...and that I like.
