Excercising during O and the 2WW
I've been reading various articles that say that strengious or excessive exercise can hurt your chances of conception. But I tend to think they are referring to woman who exercise way more than a normal person should. Although it still makes me wonder. I got a positive on the OPK yesterday and was planning to take a "Bootcamp" class (some weights and cardio combined) today at the gym. Am I crazy for second guessing if i should go? What is your opinion on excercising during O time?

Working out is good for your body no matter when. In TCOYF it says that you could be working out, and never know that implantation has occurred. It is especially good for you to work out during pregnancy bc it keeps your muslces in good form.
I'd say go do the class. I am doing Physical Therapy for my back right now, and have electric stimulation done etc, and I can't stop doing that just for TTC.
Have fun.

It's recommended not to make your work outs more intense during pregnancy (I suppose the 2WW period too). My doctor said that if you work out before pregnancy you don't need to change your regimine. She based this on my work outs though (3-4 times per week, cardio 20 minutes weight training for 40 minutes).
I'm not sure if there is any connection between working out and TTC.
