Just booked my consultation
I'm nervous yet excited, I'm going to a friend of mine's dr. and he is going to do some digital imaging for me. I'm getting rhinoplasty and breast augmentation. I figured go under once and kill two birds with one stone. Put myself in a little debt but I think it will be money well spent.

I appreciate all the compliments, but this is a personal choice that has been on going for years. The pictures don't show what is going on, I'm getting tip refinement on my nose and the boobs are gone since I went off BCP. I don't hate myself just want to improve some things to help my self confidence.

I think if you would feel better about yourself by having surgery, then go for it. I plan on having plastic surgery in at least 2 places after I have children and I have a pretty decent self-image. It is all about how YOU feel and not anyone else's opinion.

I replied on your other thread about rhinoplasty.
I just suggest that you only use a dr that performs his surgeries in a hospital. In a drs office, should there be an emergency, they have to call for an ambulence b/c they are not equipped for emergencies. If the surgery is done in the hospital, a dr has everything he needs there just in case. Just a heads up.

I'm sorry, I know you probably don't want to hear this, I totally understand that it's a personal choice but I just have to tell you - I HONESTLY don't think you need surgery in either place! I wouldn't go out of my way to type this if I really didn't think that. Not blowing sunshine up your butt. Honestly. The boobs are great. The nose doesn't need a thing.
How does your DH feel about this?
Either way, good luck with the consultation, and keep us posted!
(PS - this is coming from a person who would love to have some cosmetic surgery someday)

DH is all for it and is very supportive of whatever I would like to do, He knows how self critical and unhappy it makes me. It's truly been a well thought out process. I really appreciate all the positive feedback but it will complete me.

I def understand how you feel and I would do it too...but I have to just say you are very beautiful!
but! if it makes you feel good go for it!

i know everyone said it--but i'll say it too---you look fantastic!!! why go under the knife?
plus i couldn't help but notice you stated you'll "go into a little debt" for this....not to be harsh but going into debt for cosmetic surgery??? there are SOOOO many more important things you can spend money on--you're gorgeous as is...especially if you have to put it on credit cards or finance it...maybe wait till you have the outright cash for it before you do it and you might change your opinion.
