Sirius- Stlletto 2 owners
I got the Stilletto 2 for DH for christmas. We just activated it and the reception is horrible- it keeps cutting out and we can only get 1 out of three bars. We called customer service and they said that the cars radio could be affecting it or there could be obstructions. Did anyone have this problem?

Re: Sirius- Stlletto 2 owners
oh no!
I actually read that when I was researching....we went with XM Inno2 instead and I LOVE IT! I installed the car kit (it's handheld/portable like the stiletto, but can be used at home or in the car as well) and the reception is perfect.
The only thing I HAVE noticed (maybe it's a coincidence, i don't know) is that sometimes the antennae effects my cell reception!
I wouldn't accept that answer from Sirius - it seems to be a common problem for the Stiletto.

Re: Sirius- Stlletto 2 owners
Thanks for your reply. We went with Sirius because everyone in DH's family has it and they love it, but the stupid receiver stinks! I'm definitely going to have Sirius do something because it was too much money to just brush off.

Re: Sirius- Stlletto 2 owners
My DH has the Starmate and he wants to return it bc of bad reception. Sirius keeps trying to send him something new to keep it, he's on his last leg with it. He doenst have the Stiletto but it's annoying. I was driving his car the other day and I saw what he meant. It's worse than not having it.
