What is that new development in Roslyn Harbor?
We took a ride out to glen cove last night to try and see some lights. We travelled on Northern. As we were going across that bridge where they are doing construction, I noticed a huge development down in Roslyn Harbor.
Are they condos??? It kinda looks like a huge hotel! What is that anyway???

I believe you are referring to a gorgeous large building that is a retirement community called the Bristol. I just saw it recently and it is impressive looking.

Yep, DH travels over the Roslyn Viaduct every day to head to work. It is indeed a retirement home, with a hefty  to go with it (Newsday had a feature on it a few weeks ago). It's amazing to see it there, considering it's built on what was once a swamp!
Now if only they could hurry the replacement of the viaduct, things would be a lot smoother traveling over there!
