Has anyone ever seen the "Lab puppies" signs?
The signs are handwritten and just say "lab puppies" and give a phone number. I have seen these signs over a 2 year period and over about a 20 mile radius in Western and Mid-Suffolk. It is a 631 number. If I recall correctly, the first 3 digits are 828. Who are these people and how can they ALWAYS have a new litter?

They are either backyard breeders or have not spayed the female and she continues to give birth. If you can get the full number please FM me...I will offer a free spay and neuter for dogs...I am with a rescue organization.

At this point, I think they must have more than one female and that the litters are not accidents. There are fresh signs up all the time and someone is taking the time to travel a wide area of Long Island. With the homemade signs, I originally thought it was someone with just one litter. I still wonder whether they try to give that impression when people call them. What rescue organization do you work with?

I see them EVERYWHERE...they also advertise for other breeds too..I think I saw Bulldogs too.
