Runaway tiger kills zoo visitor on Christmas Day
A Siberian tiger escaped from her cage, killing a visitor and mauling two others on Christmas Day at the San Francisco Zoo, almost exactly one year after she severely injured her keeper during feeding, zoo officials said. Police shot and killed the tiger, named Tatiana, outside the zoo's Terrace Cafe. Shortly after the park closed to visitors at 5pm.
She apparently escaped from her fortified grotto by jumping the moat and over the fence and immediately attacked and killed a man in his early 20s who was just outside the enclosure.

So sad
that is what happens when these wild animals are held in captivity for our enjoyment...I feel for the tiger as well, she should have been in the wild

that is what happens when these wild animals are held in captivity for our enjoyment...I feel for the tiger as well, she should have been in the wild
i'm sad for the visitor, but i think zoos are the worst creation in history. animals should be in their natural habitats, not locked behing a cage being gawked at the fact that they killed that poor tiger because she did what tigers do is terrible

I agree, I think it is so sad that they cannot enjoy life as intended, free and wild
