So I go to the dermatologist today
because my hormones are going crazy and I've been breaking out. After she prescribes me this and that she looks at my face and tells me I could use some botox between the eyes (I really didn't think I looked THAT bad), and if I do it right then and there it will "only" be $350 (because she already had an open vial), or else if I come another time it will be $500.
I just turned 40 last week so she really hit a sensitive "aging" issue with me. Besides that fact I hate when Dr.'s (actually she is a PA) act like salespeople!!!!!!!!!

She really bothered me. I would be the first to say "wow, I really need a shot of botox" - but things really aren't that bad yet. I'm more anxious to clear up the pimples. Besides the fact - hello - it's 4 days before Christmas - like I have any extra money laying around for this!

Are you f*cking kidding me...I would have said, "Can I give you a shot in the a$$?" First I hate dr's who push unnecessary treatments, especially one that "give you a price break" b/c she has an open vile. I would never go back there.

she probably used that line on every patient over 18 until one relented and she used up the vial 
yeah, I wouldn't go back. It proves that dr's motivation is profit, not patient care

what a jerk! I wouldn't have paid any attention to her- she's just trying to not lose out on any $$$ w/ the holidays being so close! Hence the "discounted" rate!!! Some people!!!!
